Anamneses is the cognitive ability to recall that which is already known within us. In regards to this practice and guidance, it is to remember our creatorhood and own it fully.

Integrative Restoration is the process of identifying and accepting the different aspects of our shadow, or disregarded identities, that cause our distorted behavior patterns and perpetuate different forms of experiential limitation and/or suffering in our lives.

Through our ability to acknowledge and accept these aspects as they show up, we restore a necessary alignment to increase the capacity within us to love and take full command of our lives. This process reveals that all aspects of ourselves, and our experiences, are valuable tools of insight and sacred wisdom that can bring about a comprehensive and sustainable shift, through limitation, to reach our most optimal state of health, wealth, and being.

Optimal Life Design is the process of deliberately creating the life you truly desire to live and embodying the necessary identity and behavior patterns within consciousness that see it both realized and sustained, as a greater standard of living.

Through a proper understanding of the Mind/Body/Spirit connection, we can uncover various forms of limitation (in physical function, behavior, and thinking) that lead to experiences of illness, pain, trauma, stagnancy, blockages, conflict, anxiety, depression, and emptiness which are all reflective forms of a misalignment within this connection.

- Each Live Session is a dedicated 1.5 - 2 hours (whether in person or via video chat).
- Each Check-In call is estimated at about 30 minutes.
- All packages are tailored to work with your location, schedule, and personal development.
